Those FEMA Concentration Camps

Here's a guided tour:

Funny how an administration which (according to the paranoids) wouldn't hesitate to kill 3,000 of its own civilians, and which is currently plotting to round us all up like cattle, still allows videos like this to circulate on the internet.

Ooooooo - train tracks? Heating furnaces? concrete floors in unused warehouses? security fencing? Radio towers?

Move over, Hitler!

One layer of chain link fence? Where is the dog run, where are the guard towers. Come on, that place wouldn't hold Steve McQueen for 10 minutes.

We've all seen Shawshank...

That place would be a cakewalk. Even the slowest of the nutters would be able to get out and continue spreading the "truth" in a matter of hours.

Would it be to harsh for me to say that it would be a good place to put all the CT wingnuts prior to spraying them down and forcing them to wrestle each other in mud.

These people are such morons it is truly astounding.

They really have NO CLUE about our government and how it works.

I mean, lets say that Bushitler did "suspend" the constitution and decided to send all the democrats/liberals (I'd assume, who else would they send to the camps?) to concentration camps.

First off, how exactly in our system of government, with checks and balances between the 3 branches, posse comitatus, and federalism, he could suspend the constitution is rather unclear to say the least.

But lets say the evil Bushitler does issue an executive order that does suspend the constitution and calls for interning all non-believers in the dreaded FEMA camps.

Who exactly is going to do the intering? Our military? We have slightly over 1 million soldiers, sailors, airmen, and marines. Assuming absolute blind loyalty to Rumsfeld, they couldn't possibly inter the millions of people the CT loones are saying. Even add in the CIA, FBI, etc. No way.

Now add in that every governor of every state would have to tacitly agree to the intering of their residents, and not call out their states national guard to defend their citizens.

All of this while congress is either dissolved (not so easy to do since they are independant of the executive branch) and the SCOTUS is not just ignored, but possibly arrested as well (By exactly who, no one knows).

Now you are also assuming that local and state police will just acede to Bushitlers order and let their residents be taken away in freight trains.

Sure, no problem there.

And all of this by FEMA who couldn't even get in to help Katrina victims in a timely manner. (yes, I know that FEMA doesn't actually do that).

The utter stupidity of the CT crowd, whether talking about 9/11 or not, is mind boggling.

TAM, that was quite possibly the worst piece of poetry in human history :) Unfortiunately it was also more than funny enough to cause me to spray the coke I was drinking all over my monitor. Thanks a lot.

Oh No! The dreaded windsock! Now I know we are all doomed, doomed I say. This is irrefutable proof. How could we have ever let this happen?

Danchu and Guantenamo Bay

Did you mean Dachau? And Guantanamo? You're comparing a Nazi concentration camp to Gitmo?

Are you fucking serious? Only in the mind of a fucking CTer would a gas chamber used to kill tens of thousands be on par with flushing the Koran down the toilet.

But props for inadvertantly admitting the Holocaust happened.

Wow.

I didn't actually waych the video until now.

Wow.

These people are truly nuts.

Old warehouses are being renovated. Possibly for some government use, and this means that the government will be rounding up citizens.

Wow, just wow.

And what gets me most is that FEMA SHOULD have "camps" where large numbers of displaced persons can go at a moments notice if say a dirty bomb goes off in a city, or if a hurricane hits and destroys a city. Just think how different things would have been if FEMA came in and took the residents of New Orleans to a safe "camp" where they could ride out the storm and the rebuilding.

If a dirty bomb does go off in a US city, these loons will be the first ones screaming that FEMA and the government is shirking its responsibility for NOT having in place a plan and camps where displaced citizens can safely go. You know, its all Bush's fault there are no camps to save the people affected by Bush's dirty bomb.

Danchu and Guantenamo Bay

Someone doesn't his history (nor how to spell).

Phony war and War on Terror

Look, he doesn't know history either. Names mean nothing. The Phony War (properly Sitzkrieg -"sitting war") was the period before all-out war between the powers.

The War on Terror is actually full-scale combat against forces (I know your idiotic point was to say "heheh the WoT is phony tehehe!")

Reichstag fire and 9/11

This is probably my favourite attempt at an analogy purely because Van Der Lubbe probably did act alone.

Enabling act and Patriot act

Putting aside the fact that comparing the two is rather asinine, the worst aspects of the PATRIOT act were declared unconstitutional.

Danchu and Guantenamo Bay

*Dachau, and the comparison is rather asinine and offensive

Most of the rest are just similar in name. For instance the 'phony war' was the period of relative peace while the powers rearmed, while the war on terror does actually involve conflict. You may have heard people complaining about it.

I think I saw this video on cable access sometime in the early 90's. Anyone know when this was made?
