Gee, Sorry Guys

From the Loose Change Forum:

When I Google "Loose Change Forums" I get several listings of the "Screw Loose Change" folks but the forums here don't show up for me, at least not on first 4 pages of results. After 4 pages, one might well give up. I almost did.

To paraphrase Glenn Reynolds, "Heh".

That is funny...and satisfying.

of course, they will say it has something to do with the fact that the forum is under the large heading of the LC site...some hogwash like that.

There are some advantages to being a part of the New World Order (in addition to the employee discount in the cafeteria).

Like hey man, I mean - Loose Change puts you here?

I mean, like that has to be a conspiracy.

True. Though I am getting tired of the same old gefilte fish and matzah bread.

It does show up on the bottom of the first page if you search on the phrase "Bukkaked with stupid"

That's because you are never around for Thursday's 'Christian Baby Blood Bread' special.

In other more important news, PM authors pull out from debate at the last minute:

I exchanged e-mail with Richard Curtis, after he ran an editorial in the Seattle-PI. He is a dishonest hack, they should have asked me to debate.

Well, he's not the one that pulled out. Seems PM is afraid of the CT'ers no?

Probably some other reason. Why would they pass up the opportunity to promote their book? No reason to be afraid of this guy, not the brightest bulb on the Christmas tree, even by ST911 standards. Maybe he has learned more in the last couple of months, but he wasn't even that familiar with the issues, he just kept on quoting David Ray Griffin. Every time I would prove his argument factually wrong, he would change it and pretend it never happened. Then he would use the "I am a professor" argument. An adjunct professor is barely a professor, even by philosophy standards.

I see it as damage control to promote book sales. What if, like other instances, these "experts" are made to look ridicules? That would insure the book was a flop. I see fear written all over this pull out.

I think getting James, or Pat, or Gumboot over at JREF, or several others, would be a great idea...I just wish someone would debate these morons in a public forum, widely watched.

that debate isn't about facts. It's about rhetoric.

I've seen creationists "win" debates without using any facts (since they have none), purely on their wit.

All over WHAT? Frankly, I'm quite happy when a Troofer decides not to speak out. Why would I complain about it, or make fun of him? The less of you assholes there are spreading these lies, the better off we all are. If you want to have a heart attack and avoid doing an interview, GREAT! Convince some of your buddies to do the same. If enough of you fuck off, maybe the rest of us will be able to focus all this wasted energy into more productive pursuits.
